Code of ethics
The Code of Ethics is the document that defines the values, principles and all the ethical responsibilities to which ICE Group and the companies within the group must comply. These values represent the essential asset of the Companies because they base their growth on a reputation which is faithful to them.
Legislative decree 231
ICE Group adopted an Organization, Management and Control Model for building a structured and organized system of control procedures, in compliance with Legislative Decree 231/2001. The supervision over its proper functioning it’s being undertaken by a specific Supervisory Board, nominated by the company itself.
